Westlake, Texas is home to celebrities, the uber rich, and high net worth individuals.

The homes are stunning and very private. By private, I mean secluded neighborhoods with a guardhouse at the entrances. You may be able to see a few newly constructed homes but for the most part you do not enter the neighborhood without presenting identification or showing that you are a guest of one of the residents. For the most part, you will take a short drive to Dallas, Fort Worth, and other parts of our DFW Metroplex as there is very little to do in the areas of entertainment in Westlake.

Families who live in Westlake can send their students to Westlake Academy, Carroll ISD, Keller ISD, or Northwest ISD. If you live in Westlake, your student can attend Westlake Academy even if you home is located in other feeder school patterns.

Westlake is located in both Denton and Tarrant counties, suburb of Fort Worth. It’s classified as a town (not city) base on its size- approximately 7 mile radius and a population of fewer than 2000 (according to US Census).
