Living in North Fort Worth is a fusion between big city amenities with suburban charm. South I35W tends to be the divider within North Fort Worth.
The 2 premier planned communities are Heritage and Villages of Woodland Springs. Our planned communities include catch & release ponds, walking & bike trails, amenity centers, multiple swimming pools, parks, playgrounds, and conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, and great restaurants.
Heritage has 7 neighborhoods within the community and 3,280 homes. This is a vibrant community where everyone can find multiple activities to enjoy! Villages of Woodland Springs has several sections to its community with 4,200 homes. Families send their students to either Keller or Northwest ISD. VOWS has less community involvement than Heritage, but it is a great place to live! Other large communities include Steadman Farms and Crawford Farms, both smaller than Heritage and VOWS, but will get you the neighborhood pool and amenity centers with trails and ponds you may be looking for. There are more than 50 neighborhoods in this area of Fort Worth and their families send their students to either the award-winning Keller ISD or Northwest ISD. Of course, there are several private and charter schools in the area.
North Fort Worth is one of the fastest growing sections of Fort Worth. Although it bares the name Fort Worth, it is 11 miles from downtown and is often considered a suburb of Fort Worth. There is an explosion of growth and development along the South I35W (commonly known as the Alliance) corridor and doesn’t seem to be letting up anytime soon. Here you will find an assortment of hotels, luxe apartments, multiple shopping centers, trendy restaurants, movie theaters, activities for children, and nice relaxing outings for adults.
