Trophy Club

Over the years Trophy Club has developed from a small, golf-centric, rural getaway for Dallas executives and retirees into a premier North Texas residential community. As the first master-planned community in Texas, Trophy Club features over 1,000 acres of parks, 36 holes of golf winding through neighborhoods and environmentally secure woodlands, an efficient local government and so much more.  Much of the town’s appeal is the wide range of home choices and resident participation in community activities, schools, churches, clubs, and organizations.

There are other great things to do in and around Trophy Club. Trophy Club is a very short drive to Fort Worth, Dallas, Grapevine and other wonderful cities in Tarrant and Denton Counties.

The prestigious Trophy Club Country Club features two, 18-hole contiguous golf courses and provides a stunning backdrop for many streets and backyard views.

When choosing your home in Trophy Club, it’s important to note that you may be purchasing a home in a Public Improvement District (PID) is a development tool utilized to engineer and install public infrastructure such as water, wastewater, roads, etc. within a designated area. There is an additional tax involved when living in a PID.

Trophy Club families send their students to the award-winning Northwest Independent School District, and of course there are great private and charter schools in the area if that is what you prefer for your student’s educational experience.
